What will the impact of climate change in our society as we know it? This question raises important issues for analyses of governments worldwide. We have all seen the events of Hurricane Katrina flourish in our television screens, as the storm developed on the Gulf of Mexico. We have seen how this storm has intensified and the coasts of the USA with cruelty unprecedented in recorded memory. These events before our eyes and we were shocked by the consequences, where we saw the breakdown of civil society, which means in some total anarchy. Now, we stelle the same case, only 10 times worse, is what the world could face, if trends in climate change.
