An aggressive dog is a creature instinct. In the wild, aggression came in very handy: Hunting Dogs need aggression, defend, other creatures, defend and resources such as food, a place to sleep and a mate. Livestock selective over the centuries has been reduced and refined this feature, but it is not easy to circumvent: dogs are physically capable inflicting serious injury (just look at the teeth!) Because that is how they and survived. And Mother Nature is quite clever – it is hard against the power of instinct!
